We were making a move to Texas from out of state so I heavily relied on Sheri's guidance as to where the best areas were, schools, commute time etc. When I made a trip down to view homes, she cleared her entire weekend to show me the area and all the homes I was interested in. She had them lined up back to back and was super accommodating and willing to work with my schedule. When we communicated from remotely, she was always quick to respond, super knowledgeable and honest (which I very much appreciated!) Moving from Idaho, there were a lot of things we didn't know, but Sheri made sure to address all our concerns and she went to bat for us when needed. Mitch helped me find a rent house and did a fantastic job. He set up an automatic search that would send me updates as houses hit the market and I would send him the ones I wanted to check out. He was quick to reply and got me times to check out the houses whenever I was free. He also handled correspondence with the rent house realtors/landlords and got my questions answered.
