After studying at Oregon State and UC San Diego, Mitch was drafted by the New York Mets to play professional baseball. Throughout his baseball career he became very well versed in the home search process, sometimes moving up to eight times a year across multiple states. Three years ago, Mitch decided to call the McKinney area home and has turned his experience in house hunting into an opportunity to help others find the home of their dreams.
As a Home Evaluation Specialist (HES), Mitch has received special training and experience in evaluating certain aspects of a home, to include electrical, foundation, HVAC, roof, plumbing, and wood destroying insects. This special training equips Mitch to thoroughly evaluate your home prior to it being placed on the market to make sure it is in the best show condition possible and eliminate any potential surprises about its condition. It also allows him to assist his clients while looking for homes to purchase so they can make the most educated decisions possible.
Mitch prides himself on honest and timely communication. He loves building lasting relationships with his clients that continue well after closing. Mitch aims to get his clients into their dream home, while making sure the process goes smoothly. He is highly driven, organized, and punctual.
Mitch’s leisure time is spent doing outdoor activities with his wife and baby boy, but he’s also not afraid to binge a good tv series or watch a movie.
